Help us speed up the warranty process by identifying the detective product you wish to replace.



BEARPAW footwear is guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

If you incur a defect within the first 30 days and you purchased at a retail store,
simply return the product to the retailer with your receipt.

After 30 days or if purchased online at bearpaw.com, you can submit a warranty claim above and we'll replace your product free of charge pending our inspection.

Please note before starting a warranty submission:

You will need to supply 1 or 2 pictures of the defect and a picture of your receipt.

A proof of purchase such as an invoice, store receipt or copy of credit card statement showing purchase is required before we can process your warranty request.

Do not send the product to BEARPAW unless instructed to do so. Our goal is to reduce shipping costs for you and us.

The warranty does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear, discolorations or dye transfers.

If you cannot provide a picture or the defect is unclear to us, we will ask you to ship the product to us for further evaluation.

Need to order replacement toggles?
No need to submit a warranty request, we offer them free of charge.
