Our online store offers safe and convenient shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply navigate through our site to select products and add them to your shopping bag using the "Add to Bag" button. When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping bag in the upper-right corner of your screen. You may then review the items in your shopping cart, remove or add more items, and then go through our secure checkout process to purchase the items in your cart.
Note: We capture payment at the time you place your order and ship your order within 2 - 7 business days, depending on peak volume*.

For security reasons, we cannot take your credit card information over the phone. However we can assist you with your shopping and then send you a link to easily complete the checkout by entering your payment information, all through our secure online store.
Tax

All refunds are credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. The same is true for all disposable gift cards. If you plan to return an item, please have the original card available. FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE ground shipping within the U.S. on orders over $75. Products ordered with ground shipping normally arrive within 3-5 business days.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Our warehouse is located in Fullerton, California. We ship orders between 8am and 5pm (PST) Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 1 business day* unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 9:00am PST (Noon EST) usually ship out the same day. 2nd Day shipping method does not include delivery on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
